Will Nicolin is General Manager of Unified’s Utah facility. He has been with Unified for 23 years. He began his career with the California facility in 2000 as Inside Sales, supporting deliveries and then as an Outside Customer Service Rep. Will relocated to Unified’s UT facility as Inside Sales and was named General Manager in 2013.

In his free time he enjoys sports, sporting events, skiing the beautiful slopes in UT and relaxing with his family.

Cody Wing is an Outside Customer Service Representative serving the Salt Lake City area. He has been in the crushing industry for more than 20 years, spending ten years as a crusher mechanic and seven years in production management. One of his favorite things about working at Unified is sharing his knowledge and personal experience with the products that we provide: “I started buy screens and wear parts from Unified six years before coming to work with them, and I love being able to tell customers I provide the very products I have personally installed. It’s a product I believe in.”

Cody is a certified welder. He is MSHA certified and is certified in Rigging and Forklift operations.

Josh (Blue) Meador is an Outside Customer Service Representative serving the Salt Lake City area. Before joining Unified in 2020, Blue worked for Ames Construction. He spent 19 years as an equipment operator, lead on crusher, foreman, and leading maintenance on the company’s equipment from the Salt Lake area into Nevada.

In that nearly two decades, he learned a lot about the aggregate industry, including: parts, fabrication and identifying solutions to crushing problems: “I like the relationships I’ve made with customers, and helping them to find the best option. I can rely on my past experiences having worked on their equipment.”

Blue spent 19 years in the Operating Engineers Union Local 3. He is MSHA certified and certified in Rigging and Forklift operations.
