As Operations Manager of Unified’s North Carolina facility, Kiesha Osborne oversees Unified’s East Coast inventories of manganese and wear parts. Kiesha and her family have a long history in North Carolina and she is excited to serve producers throughout the region: “I didn’t begin my career in the mining and aggregate industry, but I am proud to have developed the NC Facility into a resource our customers can rely on."

Kiesha and her family enjoy taking road trips together, especially to the beach. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes as well as spending lots of time with her black Labrador Charlie.

Duane Artz is an Outside Customer Service Rep in GA and SC. Before joining Unified in 2013, Duane spent nearly 40 years in the glass industry with roles in both sales and operations with Libbey Owens Ford Glass / Pilkington Glass and Vitro Vidrio Plano. Duane holds a degree in Business Administration and Education from Bowling Green State University.

Covering the southeast, he’s on the road – a lot! – making sure his customers get the high level of service and quality products they need to achieve what every producer wants: less downtime from screen change outs, consistency in sizing, and lowering their costs per ton.
