Debbie Lentsch serves as Treasurer and CFO of Unified Screening & Crushing. Since 1985, Debbie has expertly guided the company’s accounting functions as Unified expanded operations to include 14 facilities across the country. She currently oversees the functions of the Finance/Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing departments company-wide.

In an industry with overwhelmingly-male leadership, she is proud that, in addition to herself, 35% of Facility Operations Managers are also women. “Together, we have been able to manufacture the highest quality products and provide our customers the best possible service and products. It's something we out-compete our competitors on year after year.”

Debbie also serves on the board of Women Investing in Science & Health (WISH), a premier organization of women leaders providing philanthropic support to Banner Health and leading-edge educational programs using evidence-based research to promote and enhance women’s and families’ health and wellness.
