Andrew Lentsch serves as Chief Operating Officer for Unified Screening & Crushing. Like his father before him, Andrew worked first on the manufacturing floor, weaving wire, as a summer job and joined Unified fulltime as a Service Representative in 2002. He was named General Manager of the Gilbert, AZ facility in 2005. As Vice President of Western Operations, Andrew oversaw the company’s rapid growth in the region before being named COO in 2016.

In 2020, Andrew was named Vice President of the American Wear Cloth Institute (AWCI), and assumed the role of President in 2023. He is the second generation of Unified leadership serving the AWCI.

He has a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.

As he leads the operations of the company’s 14 facilities across the country, Andrew is proud of Unified’s enduring family ownership and a commitment to manufacturing here in the U.S.
